Rules & Regulations
Stan and I have been residents of QH since 1991, having raised sons, Drew and Jon Lowder, of which we are very proud, in Quail Hollow. Stan is retired from Palmetto GBA where he was a software developer.  I am an attorney with the U.S. Small Business Administration since 1991, practicing mainly in commercial/government guaranteed loan finance law.  I served on the QHCA Board in the 1990s - early 2000s and came back on the Board in 2014.  I have served on boards of other organizations including the West Metro Rotary Club, Glenforest School, and Palmetto Trust Federal Credit Union. Stan and I are members of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church and have two Chiweenies.
  • To interpret the rules and regulations of the subdivision, review and accept/reject architectural plan for new buildings, additions, sheds, fences, laying of concrete slabs or other structures permanent or temporary.
