Survey on Topics for Changes to Deed Restrictions and Covenants

In response to members concerns, the QHCA formed a special committee to evaluate the possibility of making permanent changes to the Deed Restrictions of Phase I and the Covenants of Phase II. This committee chaired by our President is evaluating four possible topics for change and would appreciate your input. Please take a moment to complete our survey. The survey may be accessed by members of our website by choosing the Surveys link on our home page or by selecting this link Surveys.

Note: Phase I deed restrictions and Phase II covenants can be viewed from our website. Phase I and Phase II are divided by the power line right of way. Phase I is that portion of our subdivision on the entrance side of the power line right of way

Quail Hollow Memorial Garden

The Quail Hollow Community Association is establishing a Memorial Garden to be located on the power right away on Quail Hollow Lane. New trees have been planted and an area marked off for the garden. You can sponsor a tree or shrub as a special way to recognize a loved one who has passed away, honor someone special in your life, or someone who has lived and contributed to the success of Quail Hollow. Once the garden is established we will erect a plaque naming those being honored. Please consider contributing to this worthwhile project. The donation form can be found here Hollow Memorial Garden.doc
