Quail Hollow was started in the early 1970’s and quickly became known as West Columbia’s up-scale neighborhood. With it’s enviable location off of Highway 378 between I-26 and I-20, residents enjoy short commutes to work in Lexington, Columbia, Irmo and all surrounding areas. In recent years five other neighborhoods have been built around Quail Hollow in an effort to capitalize on location and the outstanding reputation of this old-style, friendly neighborhood.

Residents enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood and the easy-living atmosphere. The Quail Hollow Swim & Racquet Club sits next to the Saluda River and many homes overlook one of two neighborhood ponds. Ample lot sizes and fully-grown wooded areas give the sense of age that newer neighborhoods just cannot offer.

Take I-26 to Hwy #378 (Exit #110).
Turn towards Lexington (away from Columbia) and go 1 mile.
Turn right onto Fairlane at Lil' Cricket gas station at bottom of hill. Subdivision begins at the 4 way stop sign at Fairlane and Ephrata.

From Columbia Via I-20
Take I-20 to Hwy #378 (Exit #61).
Turn towards Columbia (away from Lexington) and go 1 mile.
